Annik Forristal specializes in municipal land use planning, development and their impact on the environment. She has worked with developers, ratepayers and municipalities and has made submissions to the Ontario Municipal Board, committees of council, municipal councils and Committees of Adjustment, winning approvals for official plan amendments, rezoning, severances and minor variances.
She is thoroughly familiar with the development and construction industries as well as the related government bodies. She has appeared before the Environmental Review Tribunal and has advised both public and private sector clients on transactional and regulatory environmental matters.
Annik graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo and has a law degree from the University of Calgary.
